January at LAVO celebrates balance, seasonality, and signature indulgence. The month brings bold winter flavours alongside lighter, considered moments. From the debut of the 20-Layer Matcha Cake to plant-forward Veganuary dishes that showcase Italian cooking at its most refined.
Completing the experience is an elevated low and no cocktail selection, offering complex flavours and elegant presentation for mindful dining and toasting. January sets the tone for a year of contemporary Italian dining without compromise.

Sundays take on a slower, more indulgent rhythm at LAVO with our new Sunday Roast, served from 12pm–5pm.
