PRANA FLOW
Prana flow, is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya's teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva's teaching experience from the last fifteen years.

VINYASA FLOW
A fluid, vigorous session that is both physically and spiritually challenging as it unites breath and movement with emphasis on prana-shakti (life force). During the practice you can expect to sweat, breathe and be taken on an adventure set to world beat music.

YOGA
Traditional hatha yoga exploring alignment and breath with fluidity, grace and a reverence for the individual body.

SLOW DEEP FLOW
Yin meets Yang. Hip and shoulder openers in a class that will leave you feeling radiant, strong, calm, and centered. Sun salutations, core strength, standing poses, arm balances, backbends, and inversions will be included in this class.

HEALTHY BACK AND NECK YOGA
This class is specifically designed to strengthen core muscles, align the spine and skeletal system, lengthen tight muscles and relax the neck and shoulders. Suitable for beginners as well as intermediate yoga students.

GENTLE YOGA
Great for active seniors and anyone wishing to explore a more gentle practice.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
A gentle yet deep class where a series of restful poses are held longer. Bolsters and blankets are used to enhance poses.

PRENATAL YOGA (pregnant women only)
A gentle class for moms-to-be in a calm, peaceful environment. Yoga has been shown to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, and improve spinal flexibility to make for an easier labor and delivery and post-partum recovery. Yoga can also help alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, and back pain. There is a time for sharing in every class. All stages of pregnancy welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Single class only. No multiple class passes.

YOGA FOR TEENS (Girls ages 13-18 - series only)
A class designed for teenage girls to de-stress, build strength and learn body awareness through yogic breathing and basic yoga poses. Rockin' world music will be played. Meghan, the instructor, began yoga as a teenager (not so long ago.) This class is a series only class. Check schedule for dates.



LEVELS

LEVEL 1
A class for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility is required. Focus is on proper alignment of basic yoga poses within one's own body. Props are used to help sutdents enjoy the many benefits of yoga.

LEVEL 1-2
More asanas will be introduced with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace. Slide into a more open, graceful body and steady mind. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

LEVEL 2
More intermediate poses will be introduced (arm balances, inversions and backbends) and more vigorous sequences will challenge the intermediate practitioner. We recommend students have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months.

LEVEL 2-3
A vigorous practice for students who have been practicing yoga regularly for at least 6 months and who have internal and external strength and flexibility to move from pose to pose. More challenging asanas and variations encourage the student to play with their edge while exploring their inner potential.
