INDIVIDUAL
SESSIONS
During
individual yoga sessions, the instructor is able to give full attention
to the unique needs of the student and can tailor the yoga practice
to bring balance and alignment to the body. Private sessions are
a great way to:
Begin a yoga practice
Deepen your current practice
Perfect alignment
Learn proper breathing
Customize poses for injuries or to fit your body
Gain knowledge of how to utilize props
Learn poses to practice at home specific to your body or condition
We recommend taking one or more private sessions for post-surgery
or injury rehab prior to entering a class.
Private lessons are generally 60 or 90 minutes long and can either
be held at The Bo Tree studio or at your preferred location.
Private sessions $75 on-site, $85 off-site. We also have semi-private sessions for 2 people or
small groups, and package prices.
